COST SHARING
If Archimed Studio is commissioned on a project and several companies have contributed to the project, cost sharing can be considered to divide the cost of the photo or video shoot. This could include, for example: homeowner, interior designer, landscaper, architect, general contractor, consultant, finish product manufacturer, engineer, etc.
For each additional party wishing to use the material delivered, 30% of the daily creative fee is added to the final invoice and the total cost is shared equally between all parties wishing to use the material delivered by Archimed Studio.
PAYMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGES
Except in special cases, payment is due upon receipt of the final invoice at the end of the project. Payment may be made by E-Interac transfer to info@archimed-studio.com, by bank transfer or by cheque payable to Archimed Studio Inc. Late payments or dishonoured cheques will incur administrative charges.
